If you need design work created from scratch or support with making design changes to native project files, contact Hepburn Creative.


We’ll open the file or link you provided and screen-record a video to give you step-by-step suggestions so you can refine your project and achieve your goals.


You'll receive a Loom video with design guidance for your project within 2 business days.

  • What is the turnaround time for receiving feedback from Design Hotline?

    Design Hotline Lite customers receive feedback in 2 business days; Deluxe customers receive feedback in 1 business day; and VIP customers receive feedback same business day. To guarantee same-business-day feedback, submit your Design Hotline request 3 pm CT.

  • How much feedback will l get?

    We've very generous with our design recommendations! Design Hotline feedback is part teaching, coaching, and overall direction. Your Design Hotline video will include clear and detailed recommendations specific to your project. 

  • What happens if I have clarifications about feedback received?

    We get it! Sometimes you need clarification on feedback. We offer one complimentary clarification reply per design consult. 


    If you have a clarifying question regarding the design feedback, reply directly in the Loom video and we’ll add a clarification. 


    Clarifications are only provided on the originally submitted design project. A project resubmitted for additional feedback is considered a separate consult. 

  • Can I resubmit a design with updated changes for additional feedback?

    If you need additional feedback on your design projects, you can upgrade to a Design Hotline VIP for unlimited design consults. 

  • Do my unused consults roll over to the next month?

    The number of Design Hotline consults available with your subscriptions reset at the start of each month on the anniversary of your sign up date and do not roll over. You can adjust your Design Hotline package for more consults per month or less at any time. 

  • Are there any limits to the type of marketing materials Design Hotline can provide design feedback for?

    Not really! If anyone is going to look at or read it, we can handle it. 


  • How many design projects can I submit at a time?

    One design project can be submitted to the Design Hotline at a time. For example, a website and PDF ebook should be submitted as separate projects to the Design Hotline. One file or one link per Design Hotline consult. 

  • In what format will I receive feedback on my designs?

    You’ll receive design feedback and suggestions in a Loom video. We provide feedback this way so design suggestions are easy to follow. 


    We’ll open the file or URL and screen-record design feedback using whiteboard tools to point to or circle elements in the design we’re referencing so things are easy to follow along. 

  • Does Design Hotline offer design services beyond the standard packages?

    Design Hotline’s on-demand design consultation is available in three different packages: Lite (2 consults per month, 2 business day turnaround), Deluxe (3 consults per month, 1 business day turnaround), and VIP (unlimited consults per month, same business day turnaround). 


    We occasionally offer bonus office hours to Design Hotline subscribers. 


    Done-for-you design services are available through Hepburn Creative. 

  • Will Design Hotline provide original designs or feedback for existing designs?

    Design Hotline provides feedback for projects in the work and existing design. Original design work is not provided through Design Hotline. 


    If you need original design work, contact Hepburn Creative.  

  • What kind of customer service and technical support does Design Hotline offer its customers?

    Design Hotline provide guidance to improve the visual design of your marketing collateral, or if you are a marketing consultant, collateral for your clients. We provide clear, actionable feedback through a Loom video (screen recorded video with your project) explaining the design changed to make so your marketing things are magnificent. 


    If you need technical support to better learn your design program and software, we can guide you to free resources online or provide technical assistance at an hourly rate. Contact Hepburn Creative if you need hourly technical support with design programs. 

  • Does Design Hotline offer support for non-English language marketing materials?

    Strategic design considers both words and design. While we can provide feedback on non-English language materials, our feedback may not be as thorough because words and images go together. 


    At this time, Design Hotline only offers support for English language marketing materials. If you would like to request Design Hotline support for marketing materials in other languages, let us know here so we can consider that for future development. 

  • Are there any size or format requirements for submitting questions to Design Hotline?

    When submitting your design question to Design Hotline, you have the option to upload a file or share a link to your project. 


    Simply export a PDF from the design program you’re working in and upload. 


    We do not accept native design files. If your design program has a link sharing function (i.e. Figma or Adobe XD preview links), you can submit the URL to your project with your Design Hotline request. 


    If your link is password protected, note that information in the “other information” field one the form.
